What are the delivery lead times for standard and custom solutions?
Standard solutions (KT-300/500/600) typically ship in 2–4 weeks, depending on configuration and stock. Custom projects usually take 8–12 weeks, including requirements analysis, solution design, prototype validation, and on-site commissioning. Expedited delivery can be arranged for urgent projects.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom solutions?
Custom solutions start from a single unit. We understand that customers have different needs from prototyping to mass production. For first-time collaboration, a single-station validation can be performed first, followed by batch replication once validated.
Can your system integrate with our existing MES/ERP?
Yes. The KT series natively supports industrial protocols including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA, and can integrate with mainstream MES (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee, etc.). Standard solutions include built-in integration modules; custom solutions can be developed as needed.
How long does installation and commissioning take?
On-site installation and commissioning for standard solutions typically takes 1–2 days, including equipment setup, network integration, production line tuning, and operator training. Custom solutions require 3–7 days depending on complexity. Local engineering teams in Southeast Asia provide on-site support.
What is the warranty period? How is after-sales service guaranteed?
The entire machine is covered by a 12-month warranty (excluding consumable parts), with free repair or replacement during the warranty period. After-sales support includes 24/7 remote technical assistance, with engineers dispatched within 48 hours in Southeast Asia. One free calibration service is provided annually.
What factors affect labeling accuracy?
Key factors include: label material (paper/film/metal), liner thickness, surface flatness, and production line speed variation. Our AI vision system compensates for deviations within ±0.2 mm in real time. For special materials, we recommend sending samples for testing first.
Do we need to modify our existing production line?
Standard solutions feature a modular design that can be embedded into existing conveyor lines without any modification. Only a standard power supply and network interface are required. For multi-face labeling (top + side), additional labeling stations can be added without altering the main line structure.
